ERIN KEITH: Hi. I'm Erin and you're watching Expert Village, and today we're going to be working on corrective base makeup. Okay, now we're going to do the powder side actually, which I'm just going to show which is like a medium coverage. In order to save to save sponges or what not utilities or resources, I like to use the same sponge because it has all different sides that's why I didn't get rid of it. So, I'll just take probably this side and run it across one again our Studio Fix, that's what we're going to use the C2. Now see, it going over the foundation can be a little bit different than you just using it on the regular skin. So we're going to make a little mark see how light it is right there. Now I can like blend it in a little bit but it's still kind of too much, so sometimes you can also go back in and mix in maybe a little bit of a darker shade or maybe a little bit more pink tones whatever you need to do. So, for right here we're probably just mix in, and you can do this with your powder brush as well; just take the powder brush and dip a little bit into both. Like this, tap your brush get all the excess off, sweep over the forehead, see, and it's still good coverage not exactly the same now. It's not as heavy but it's a light coverage; it's a little bit more naturally looking. And so you want to come around to just kind of follow, and I like to add a little bit of the pink tones too because it's kind a--the pink and the yellow together kinda adds a little warm touch to it, just come around here and around the nose. It's definitely I'm not finished here, right here. Let's see how it's giving that somewhat medium coverage but not; it's a little bit more natural. All right, now go under your eyes again with this sponge just so you get rid of those creases and right after you do that, just sweep your brush with the product under, right under; it cleans right up. All right. Now go for your top lid, smooth that dark crease, and brush over. Nice clean. All right, and sometimes you also may want a blending brush which I have here; it's just regular blending brush made up of sometimes goat hair, sometime sable, whatever, a very soft brush but it's very round, and you just kinda swirl it around just to get the excess colors off and just blend it in. There you go, and this is the powder side to your face.
