"Hitman: Blood Money" Walkthrough: Saving

JOHN SEXTON: Hitman: Blood Money is a registered trademark of IO Interactive, a company with which I have no affiliation. So, that's the Mission Briefing screen. It can be a little bit confusing to navigate because you have to go the shop separately and buy your upgrades, and then, accept them. Because if you just press "Buy" and then, you press "Start," it'll take you out of the store without having applied the upgrades. So make sure you buy the upgrade with the A button, and then, accept it with Y before you start the mission. Otherwise, you may find that your weapon is not upgraded, or you haven't brought along the weapon that you thought you had. Now, this is the first real mission of Hitman and it's a free form mission. You can approach it in any way you want. A good way to start out when you start the Hitman missions is to press the left bumper to explore your map a little bit, and to see where the points of interest are, and to see where your targets are, and to come up with a plan for how to approach your mission. We can see we've got several points of interest here, and here is one of the targets. He just went inside, so we can't see him right now. But he was out there on his balcony, and a bunch of civilians here, and a bunch of guards as well. So we want to be careful about how we approach the situation. We can also press the A button to select the map, which will allow us to see the different levels of this mission that we're on. So there's a hangar map, there's a guard house, wine cellar, hacienda, first and second floor, and outside, where we are right now.
