thanks for the videos I have been doing them for a while now and know the name of them and how to do them Wondering if you make a 20 minute workout routine withour the instruction just music and count. Like let start with the hundred 123...10 now to rollups 1 2 3 ...10 corkscrew 1 2 3 .. 10 side kicks 1 ..10 other side 1 2.. 10 etc I hope this makes sense to you.

Now we get ready for the teaser. We are going to start with the Single Leg Kick Teaser. Both feet flat on the floor. Bend behind the knees. You are going to float your arms back. Inhale. Exhale. Up. And what I want is at the top, I want your proud chest, get your back straight. Stick your chest up. Alternating. Good. Good. Again. Your abs are engaged. Your back is supported. We're going to do one more.
