How to Use a Wall to Practice Soccer Trapping
So, one of the main things you want to think about when you are practicing is control, controlling the ball. When you are practicing off of a wall, it is going to bounce in different spots and you are going to lose control. And what I want to just mention is trapping and shooting, trapping and passing. And basically it is getting your first touch to control the ball to set you up for the pass or the shot. So, something like trap. Shot. Trap. Shot. Trap. Shot. Trap. Pass. And then you can work on one touches where there is no setup. You are just reacting to the ball. There are two touches. And there is one touch. With one touches you have got to be on your toes more, you have got to react faster, and you have got to have more control with each touch.
