Get ready for the Single Leg Criss-Cross. Neck up. More like in close to your body. Pull. Switch. And switch. And get into a nice little rhythm here. With each exhale, the navel goes down towards the mat. Otherwise your are going to start feeling this in your back. Modified version: in, in, and pull, switch. And switch. And switch. And switch. I know that these are getting tough because this is the abdominal series. Five parts; we're halfway there.
