Eating Before Your Night Shift
After you wake up, you want to make sure you prepare yourself a nice hearty meal. If you haven't prepared it already, go ahead and warm it up and get ready to eat dinner, lunch, or breakfast. Whatever you want to call it. That'll get your day started getting ready for work tonight. Also, if you need an extra kick, go ahead and make yourself a cup of coffee, a cup of tea, or whatever it is that you need to get your day started or to get you energized. If you need to take a shower to wake up and refresh, go right ahead. This is time for you to kick yourself in gear and get ready to get working all night. Also, a nice mug of tea will be great just to get you up and motivated. A little caffeine. I love Lipton tea. It's just the regular black tea. Whatever else you see there. There's a lot of teas on the market, black teas. There's one that I tried that I like a lot and it's called Awake. You can go to your grocery store and take a look around. It says Awake on the box. I don't know what it has in it, but it does help you stay awake.
