Hi, this is Eric Sterns with Expert Village. We are talking about signaling for purposes of emergency situations. This is a type of visual signaling that used for ground to air. In addition to the fires we previously mentioned we are going to discuss the use of man-made materials specifically tarps or anything that you may have that is brightly colored. We are going to be taking in an actual situation so that people could see from the ground or from the air to the ground. We would actually be taking these tarps, and folding them out or folding them in half, placing them on the ground like this and using them to form symbols or letters. Each letter means something different. I will be going over the symbols momentarily. What I am going to be doing for purposes of demonstration here however, is I will be cutting out small pieces of material and using them to make the symbols. And we will be going into the symbols and what they mean here in the next segment.
