About Computer Organization

Hi, my name is Pete D?Allessandro, I?m here with Expert Village. I?m a professional organizer, I got my start on TLC?s clean sweep as a project manager on a tv show. I oversaw hundreds and hundreds of spaces and people and helped to restructure, streamline, reorganize and I?m here to show you how to do the same thing yourself. A lot will get intimidated by trying to reorganize but what I learned was, if you get in and start the project correctly and plan from the very beginning, demonstrate what you?re gonna do for yourself and stick to commit to a structured plan it?s actually not so hard. So we?re going ahead and start, we have one client here, his name is Lou, and we?re gonna restructure his office, his bedroom his closet and you?ll see all that. We?re now getting to the point where we?re gonna set stuff back into our place. We figure out the ergonomics, what?s most important to our office and to our desk. What?s next is the most important stuff we use after that. Most of us still rely very heavily on the phone so get that close at hand it?s gonna be easy reach, I know the client?s right handed so we?re gonna go we?re gonna right with next to the mouse. It?s the quickest thing, the easiest thing, after that we set stuff up like the speakers, disc drives,... We know kinda let them flank our monitor, get a bit of stereo effect, disc drives for backup, put that kinds anywhere where it?s out of the way, tug away a little bit. Media card reader, a lot of us have to use these for cameras and camcorders and al the new technology we have to deal with, this is really very convenient, so put that right on the other side. I was gonna dangle the cords and gonna clean them up later and bring them to the computer, but for now we have it in place. And of course we?re gonna move stuff around a little bit but now we?re going here what we got over here and, the center importance in American technology, the internet. We?re gonna need this too, so I?ll put that somewhere over here. I?m gonna wire it up later, we were just gonna have things set in place. From here we gonna need to look into what?s next and what we have to reload, it?s got the majority set up and done.
