How to Switch Up Hula Hoop Tricks

So now we've got all these awesome combinations. Lifting up with the first hand, dropping down with the first hand, lifting up with the second hand and dropping down with the second hand or you can switch them up. We're going to try right now, lifting up with the first hand, dropping down with the second hand. So my first hand because I move to the right, left is my right hand. I'm going to lift up with the right hand, woosh, I'm going to switch hands and I'm going to drop down with the second hand. Once again, right hand, small of my back, first hand, small of your back, lifting up, transferring hands and dropping the hoop down. You can do that move really quickly. Once again, lifting up, circle, transfer and down or you can do it slowly, making it look really dramatic and theatrical. Lifting up, turning, switching, dropping down. Once again. Lifting up, turning, switching, dropping down. Let's try that lifting with the second hand, dropping down with the first hand. As the hoop travels around your waist, take your second hand and I like to turn with this one so grabbing, turning as you lift up, switching to the first hand and dropping the hoop down. Once again, second hand will grab, lifting up, transfer, and floating the hoop down. So first hand lift up, second hand drop down. Second hand lift up, first hand drop down. Lots of fun combinations, definitely try this turning to float the hoop up, float the hoop down. Maybe try it rocking forward, lifting, dropping, play with your speed, play with your turns, make these moves your own and have fun.
