So now that you feel comfortable doing the lift up and the drop down with your second hand, let's try combining those two together. So as the hoop opens take your second hand in and grabbing the hoop, lifting up into lasso. Maybe taking it a couple of rotations up here in lasso and then dropping down and releasing back at the waist. Let's try that again. Scooping the hoop up over the head into lasso, couple rotations, getting your planes flat and releasing it back down at the waist. Let's try it a little bit quicker this time. Take your second hand in and lift the hoop up, and release it down. Let's try to do it continuously turning. Lifting that hoop up, turning, releasing down. It's a really beautiful and fun move. One more time. Dropping the second hand in, lifting up, and releasing down. Nice job.
