Acknowledging Audiences With Puppets

In this clip, we're going to talk about acknowledging to the audience. This is one way that you can connect to the people and cross the fourth wall as theater people would say. Here I am walking down the street and I see something, I acknowledge it to the audience, they share the experience with me, and then I go on. For instance, like we did before, say the puppet is deciding to sit down. He finds himself falling into sitting and then acknowledging it to the audience is one way to include them in what the puppet is feeling. You can use that in all your scenes as a way to connect with the people who are watching.
