Wood Lathe Project Finishing TipsAlright now you can see the ends are still on the original piece. What I am going to do now is just snip off the ends, sand the end of the handle smooth and we will be done we'll have a all new handle. With that removed now we're just going to smooth it up on the ends. Now the very last thing we'll do is just a little bit of paper to smooth over that end. Now we are all done we got a new tap handle.
