Proceed to the Arc in Halo 3

JOHN SEXTON: Halo 3 is a registered trademark of Bungie Software, a company with which I have no affiliation. All right, so we're just going to proceed towards the Ark, which the Covenant are excavating, and see if we can get there and stop them from activating it before they dig it up and activate all the halos and kill all of humanity. There's a lot of debris scattered on the battlefield here so it's a good idea to use it as cover as much as possible. Trying to flank and get angles on various characters is very important to survive some of the larger fire fights. We've got a jet pack Brute here who's trying to come up behind us but I saw him before he was able to do that so we can take him down. Again, using grenades is another good way to stay alive. You can use them strategically to kind of corral the enemies because they're smart enough to know that grenades will kill them. So, if you throw a grenade at an enemy--say, on their left side--they'll jump away to the right side and so you can use that to have them jump towards your other marines, who can take them out for you, or you can try to sticky grenade a Brute, like I just managed to do there. Grenades are fairly plentiful in Halo, so as soon as you use up the ones you've got, chances are, you'll pick up more from fallen enemies. So it's important to use them liberally but strategically. So there's a few guys right here on the other side that haven't seen me yet. I'm going to take out those Grunts with the battle rifle.
