For the last past of the ab series, it is called the Bicycle Kick. Again your head is supported. You are going to reach up and over towards the forward knee, alternating. You've got to be breathing on this one; this is tough. It's the last part of this abdominal series. Navel down towards the mat. Excellent. This isn't just a rocking back and forth like this; this is an up and over. Again, the modified version, straight up towards the ceiling. Good. Hook your knees and relax.
