Lip Makeup for a 1980s Fashion Icon Look

We're almost done. We're onto the lips. This is another little fun part of the look. You can do so many things with the lips here. In the 80s, they really didn't use much lip liner. That got popular in the 90s, so most of the time people just used a frosty pink lip stick or a frosty pink gloss. Even glosses back then weren't as popular. It was mostly lipsticks. You could get a frosty pink lipstick or a regular pink lipstick and put a little gloss on top of it. I found this jewel, this frosty, fuschia pink lip gloss in the store and I was like wow that's very 80s, so we're going to use that. No lip liner, no lipstick. We're just going to use the fuschia lip gloss. Funny enough, it smells good. I remember the stuff in the 80s like the Lip Smackers all smelled very fruity. You can use a brush or you can use your fingertips. You can go right out of the tube. It's completely up to you. Oh yeah, this is totally 80s. You can put on as much or as little as you like. This is not really sheer, so you don't have to put so much of this on. Just make sure you blend really nicely. The 80s were a little different. They didn't do that whole pouty lip look. That was more this time. In the 80s, everyone just kind of put the lipstick on here their lips naturally were. It wasn't that whole collagen, big lip boom going on back then, so that's up to you. I'm just going to kind of put it directly on where her lips are and I'm not going to line above or below. That's a really cool color. Okay. That completes the look. The blue eye shadow, the pink lips, the beauty mark. You can't get more 80s than that.
