How to Use a Wall to Practice Soccer Passing
Now that we felt the ball against the wall and practiced our touches on it, it's good to move out and give yourself a little space to kick the ball into the wall. See what it's like to feel the ball bounce back and forth. You want to start touches really light and easy stay on your toe and just give the ball back and forth with one touches it's really good right here. Just to feel like what's it like to be on your toes and just pass it to yourself. Remember you want to hit the middle of the ball so it doesn't pop up and just go straight, alternate feet the more touches you get on the ball the better. Then you can use the different parts of the feet.
