How to Use a Wall to Practice Soccer
Now what I want to talk about is practicing with yourself because if you're anything like me you want to play 24 hours a day 7 days a week. But there is not anybody else to play with not unless you practice. So the easiest way that I found to practice myself is using a wall know the use of a wall it's always going to pass it right back to you it's never going to hog the ball. So all your focus can be on your own touch so starting out with the wall what I like to do is tell people to touch the ball right at the wall and feel each surface of the foot on the ball and give it repetition something like this. See what I'm doing now is I'm getting comfortable with my left foot on the ball I'm feeling what it's like to put it on the ball. That is in the passing you can work on passing just right into the wall and then you can change it to the shoe laces so you can feel what it's like to hit the ball on your shoe laces for your shot. The more touches you get on the ball the better you want to be able to think with your feet. You want to feel what it's like to lock your ankles in there and get a good solid touch into the ball. You can feel it all what does the heel feel like.
