This bird feeder here, you seen me make this one today. The other day I was fooling around. You can make bird feeders any way you want. This here one, I made the roof slant the other way on it, and used a flat roof that didn't come over on the sides because, but it has an overhang here that will keep the feed. I put a little door here and you pour the feed here, which if you turned it this way you could fill it all the way up, but you don't need to do that. You just put it like this, turn the little handle and it keeps the feed in there and it will be about this level here and it will feed out here and there is a little bit bigger area here and like I said you could hang this one from the top. You could put an eye bolt in it, put a little rope down there or a piece of wire down there to hold that in a tree and they could swing back and forth and we can make...If you use old wood, you don't have to treat it or anything, but the older the wood you use, the more rugged it looks. I like wood that's really rugged looking. I haven't, normally I don't make bird feeders a lot but people have been asking for them so I have been making a few of them just for neighbors and what have you around town so this is, maybe this is something I ought to do more often.
