Edging Windows With Towels

DAVE BARKER: On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to talk a little bit more about the towels in getting those edges done so you can finish up, and then you may have to repeat the steps and the last half again to get the windows clean. You want to come down the edge using the tip only. So, I'm only using my tip and I rotate it through. If I had a wet tip again, I'll come down, and that leaves a wet streak on the window. I don't know if you can scrub it right here. You can see that. You can see there is water. You don't want that. You want a dry edge. And you can hear if it's squeaking or if it's not. You can listen and smell and use all you senses when you are cleaning the window. It's done, and I'm using my blue surgical towel, it is a little bit drier, and do the same thing here. The different types of towels allow you to do different things but you do not want to clean the bottom. If you clean the bottom edge with that towel, it will get all that moisture down here, we'll get it wet. You can use the very tip of the squeegee and just clean that bottom edge, and with the angle down, it's only using that very bottom segment right there to clean the edge. Otherwise, you've got a lot to do. Then, I'm going to clean up the edges right here with my wet towel, and makes sure that the frame looks nice; otherwise, you're going to have a clean window and dirty frame and it won't look very good. So you want to make sure that's done. All right, thanks. We've got one more segment and then we'll wrap up.
