ALVIN DEDEAUX: Okay, another nice thing to have, not an essential by any means, is a pair of binoculars. You know, there's all kinds of birds and wildlife and stuff out there that you might want to check out with your binoculars. The other thing is too if you're fishing on a lake or saltwater somewhere you might be looking for a flock of birds that are diving down on some bait fish that the fish have driven to the surface. So if you got room and you have them, binoculars are another good thing to have. All right, this is--I often been laughed at a couple of times for carrying hand sanitizer but today there's so many things out there that you can get on you and in you, it's nice to, especially before you eat lunch, to be able to sanitize your hands real quick. Another essential item I'd say, especially for warmer climates and fair-skinned folks, would be sunscreen too. Definitely you want to have some sunscreen on hand in your bag and they actually make sunscreen now for fly fisherman so that the sunscreen doesn't affect the coating on your fly line.
