Installing Button on Main Line for Raised Garden Beds

We are going to install this button emitter on the main line and it is a matter of deciding where I am going to locate it so that I am fairly close to the side that I am going to put it. I have a sharp instrument here that you can buy from the people who make this kind of stuff and what I want to do is poke a small hole and the size of the little punch kind of determines what size hole. They are generally kind of specific to the size of the button emitter and then using the barb side, not the smooth side, the barb size so that it holds in the pipe because you will probably get a little pressure on the back side. I've installed it and the barb has gone to the end side and I turned it a little bit so that it would kind of seal. Now you can see that it is pointing over towards the area that I am going to try to irrigate.
