Slamming Dominoes Tips & Techniques

Hi! I’m Nathan Holsey, author of the book The Dominologist. On behalf of expertvillage.com, in this clip we will be talking about slamming the domino. If you’d like to know more about double 6 dominos, please refer to my website thedominologist.com. Now, slamming the bone is real important here because it’s an intimidation factor, like you heard. It’s a little loud, you want it to be loud with it. So anyway, I have here a 3-5, there’s a 3 and a 2 on that side, boom! Did you hear it? I slammed to the table, I messed up the 6, that’s not a bad slam, no one gets mad at you or angry with you, you’re not disrespecting anyone. That’s okay because we can just fix that, right. But if there’s a player who likes to slam like that and they mess up the game all the time, it gets really irritating so you want to slam your domino and mean it and no one should keep fixing the whole board, the whole entire board after every play. But this is an intimidation factor, slamming the domino.
