Hi I am Linda Leon with Expert Village and I have been working with children for a very long time. Today we're going to talk about how to pass your protestant faith along to your children. I believe that the simple things that you do can be very high impact when it comes to teaching your children about the word of God and about faith and passing that heritage along. One of the things that I used to do with my children was to incorporate items as simple as these - Popsicle sticks. I know you have seen these at your arts and crafts stores, you've also seen them at your local retailers, and sometimes you might even buy popsicles and begin to save these. But I would highly recommend getting about a hundred of these sticks and using them on various applications. One thing you can do to pass your faith along is to teach your children the books of the Bible. So, what I would do was get one of these sticks and simply begin to write the chapters of the Bible on the stick with a start off with Genesis and then you end with Revelations. You take these, put them in a bag, mix them up, shake them up and then get your children to put the book of the Bible back in the correct order. That's a simple way to transfer your faith. And I'm Linda Leon with Expert Village.
