DIXON GILLETTE: Okay. So the next thing that we're going to get into talking about is building depots and annexes. Now, as we said before, we have to bring our track to the green circle in order to build a depot there. And to build a depot at a town, village or city, you're going to select your Build Depot icon or by pushing B on your keyboard. What this will do is this will give you a depot; and if you don't have it at the right position, you'll notice that the depot is actually going to be transparent and a little indicator below that says you must place near industry or city. So you basically drag this alongside of your track near your city; and once you're happy with its position, just left-click once on the mouse. And depots cost you $50,000 to build. Now, you notice here once you built your depot, you'll notice your concrete tracks have changed, and you now have load and unload dock capabilities there. Also, the same thing goes when you want to build an annex. Now, annexes are like depots except they're specific for that particular industry. You don't have to change any of your settings. You'll simply go to your Build Depot icon again or push B on your keyboard and your annex will appear. And this annex will, of course, change according to what type of industry it is. So again, you just going to want to bring it alongside of your tracks and left-click once on your mouse to build your annex. And now, you'll notice we have a corn-loading hopper there that your train will use to load and unload its good.
