How to Do Shiatsu Neck Massages

RICHARD NEIL: Okay, so, starting work on the neck area, I'm using my fingertips and actually pressing the sides of Sarah's neck out to the ridge just below the ear, coming in a little bit further down to the hairline, and up towards the ear, creating space here, making her taller. Automatically, see the relaxation that's starting to take place in Sarah's face as we're starting to get into the face area. So I'm going--I'm starting now almost back at the shoulders, following the natural progression up through the base of the neck towards the hairline, and out towards the face underneath the ear. Remember to breathe, it's very relaxing. You can do this as long as it-as long as you want, 5 or 10 minutes if you want to. We'll work the neck further when I return.
