How to Finish Shiatsu Foot Massages

RICHARD NEIL: Okay so, we're about to finish off this section of the feet here, and I'm actually going to pull on Sarah's toes here. I feel that, well, that's like you actually can sometimes crack the toes, which is not a bad thing as long as you don't pull them too far, but it actually feels good to pull on the toes. Do this a few times. Make sure you do both feet. These pressure points along this ridge just before the toes as well-I like to move up and down-this is connected with the nose and the sinus area and can help alleviate colds, or congestion, very key pressure points here. If you find a spot that may need a little extra work, you can spend time there. Then, I'll go to a slapping, lightly slapping, keep your wrist flexible and loose. Then, I'll use the bottom of my wrist and do sort of like the same motion, kind of a pounding but with an open hand. It creates a good circulation. It should feel good. How's that Sarah? And when you've done both feet, you can lift up the legs and just shake them out a little bit. Drop. And when we return, I'll work on the neck and shoulders.
