How to Play the Good, the Bad & the Ugly Poker

Most people have heard of or seen the Sergio Leon film starring Clint Eastwood, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Well there is a poker variant of the same name how appropriate since poker is linked to the American wild west in the 19th century. The good the bad and ugly is a stud game. It's played in the stud style of the poker play but this variant is different. It's a lot of fun and it has more twist and turns than a spaghetti western like the movie, the good bad and ugly. So let's look at how the game is played, what's a good hand, what the rules are and what happens at the end of the game. Who wins, who doesn't, what's the good, what's the bad and what's the ugly?
