How to Prepare to Cut for Poster Mounting

Hi. My name is Sheryl with expert village.com and today we're mounting a poster. Actually we're mounting a photo. Now if you are doing this inside. Since it's a winter day here in Salt Lake City and we wanted to go ahead and do most of the work indoors. And I have this nice carpet that I don't want to get ruined. So, try to save, or find some extra, cardboard that you can put underneath so that you don't cut into your own carpet. And this is really, oh, and one other thing, when, if you're going to do several photos then you want to go ahead and do the same steps, several times, in getting all your photos glued down to this core, foam core, before you ever use your Exacto knife. So you would cut, find out the photo that you're going to do, and make sure you've made a big enough piece of paper and get that done and glued down before you went on to the next step.
