Rainbow Move in Soccer
Let’s talk about some advanced moves. What I will teach you is called the Rainbow. You probably won’t use this in a game but it’s good for your foot skills. It is a lot like juggling. You are going to get very comfortable with the ball when you do this move. What you are going to do is you are going to step over the ball, trap it between both of your legs and kick it up with your left leg over your shoulder in front of you.
