Applying Eyeliner Inside Eyelid for a Carmen Electra Makeup Look

Now that we've done the liner on the top and the bottom a little bit, we're going to do liner inside the eye. That's going to really give that smokey look. Whenever you see Carmen Electra, she's always go that really smokey, sultry, sexy look. That's because she uses a black liner inside her eye. You just want to cover up all that white. That's really what's brightening and opening the eye. For the smokey eye, you want the opposite. You really want it to be sexy and closed in. You want to really put a nice dark black liner inside the eye. Look at the difference it made just now. It just really make the eye pop. Just be very careful when you do this. You don't want to poke out or anything, but lining the inside of the eye is very important. Secondly to make the eye pop, you want to take that same lightweight color we used as a base and you want to put that on the inside corner of the eye. That's really also going to make the eye pop. Right in that little inside corner there. Look at that and what a dramatic difference. Also, you can take this white and just put an extra little highlight under the brow too if you want a little more highlight under the brow. It's up to you. It's all personal preference. Look up. You just want to do it every so lightly at first until you gage what you're looking for. Look at the difference between the 2 eyes just from those little things that we did.
