We're discussing sequence the stud poker variant. We already dealt our 2 down cards and 1 up card, nothing big has happened it's been pretty much of a still game so far. Now we're going to deal 4th street and see if a wild card comes out we have 7 4 here I have news for you no wild cards yet. Then a deuce comes up well the way the sequence works is the wild cards come out as the up cards. If a 2 comes off 2s are wild begins with 2s and goes up from there. You can say it goes up to aces only that would be a long shot it can happen but it has to happen in frankly in a sequence. At this time 2s are wild so this player has a pair of queens and 2s will remain wild as long as a 3 does not appear as an up card. So let's see well we deal out the round and no 3s come up so the person with 2 queens the queen and wild deuce now would be the person with the option to bet. Anybody at the table who holds a 2 or frankly a 3 is in okay shape for this hand.
