ALLISON KLINGER: On behalf of ExpertVillage.com, my name is Allison at Western Art Glass. And I just grabbed one of these many stepping stones that I have made. Just a couple here to show you. This method of stepping-stone making is called the indirect method. And why it's called the indirect method is because we're actually going to be putting the glass in the bottom of the mold and pour in the grout on top of it indirectly, okay? So how this really happened once it was made like this, indirectly, okay? The direct method would be to already get a stepping stone from your garden center. They come in cement; they come in all types. I just like to pour my--well, now that I put it in there, it doesn't want to come out. Lovely. Indirect. There we go. All right. Direct method, you can actually get a stone already made, glue some glass on top of it, let the glue dry, then grout, okay? These are much stronger--for the glass, that is--to adhere and stay permanent, to pour them or do the indirect method. So we're going to do indirect method because that's the only way I do it. So anyway, on the next segment, we're going to do pattern making. So check it out.
