About Moped Spark Plugs
Hi, my name’s Beamer, and today we’re going over some basic repair and maintenance on a moped. I just cleaned and adjusted the gap on my spark plug. Basically, what a spark plug does is it connects to your coil, and as the piston pumps points open and close and when the points touch together it creates a circuit and causes a spark which causes the gaps in the cylinder to explode and force the piston backwards. That’s the general purpose of a spark plug.
