How to Drop Works in Guts Poker

So what is the best way to avoid an argument. Well it may be to establish what the rules are in the poker hand up front. Maybe to make sure that everyone understands how you are going to do things this is really the only complicated part of a game of guts is how do we decide who is in or who is out. So make sure everybody at the table has two cards and then I don't have four hands so I'm just going to use two but I want to say that there are basically three different ways to do this. Now one is everybody just throws a chip out to signify that they are in the hand that is one way to do it. The other two ways are two different ways to drop you can say okay everybody drop on three and you say 1 2 3 if you are in the hand you hold your hand. Or you say 1 2 3 drop. Now if you are in the hand you say 1 2 3 drop and hold your hand.
