Nutrition Tips for Male Menopause

Hello, my name is Dr. Susan Jewell. Now in this clip we are going to talk about nutrition and diet to help you alleviate some of the signs and symptoms of male menopause or andropause. Now, of course eating a healthy balanced diet is the way to go to even maintain an optimum body and optimum health. And therefore, having a good quality life. And that's what we want to aim to get. So, here is some wonderful fruits and vegetables that are very important to incorporate into your diet besides the daily supplement of vitamins and minerals that you can buy in the local drug stores or health food stores. But lots of greens and the more that you can get colorful vegetables, the more that you can get the best nutrients out of it. In particular tomatoes are very good, because it contains a chemical called lycopene, which is also good for your prostate and help the male reproductive system. So, eating a lot of tomatoes is a good thing. But I think that just incorporate a lot of vegetables and fruits, fibers into your daily diet will help keep away, not only help you keep away and relieve the signs and symptoms of andropause, but it will also maintain your body and help you to boost your immune system and help you overcome any other medical diseases.
