The Importance of Using the Same Factors for All Types of Customer Service

Now we're going to discuss the types of customer service. I'm Pamela Unruh on behalf of Expert Village. So put all these elements together whether you're dealing with your customer on the phone, or whether you're dealing with a customer in person, or through written communication. It's very important that you use the same factors regardless which method that you're using. Always be polite, always be friendly, think about tone whether you're using tone of voice or tone of the written word. Make sure that you have incorporated all of the basic elements that we've discussed in section one and put them into all three of these elements. Now each is different, but you can also use the same foundation which was laid out with the basic elements no matter which one of these you're using. And that way you're going to continue to provide great customer service on a very consistent basis.
