Different Customer Service Methods

Now we're going to discuss the types of customer service. I'm Pamela Unruh on behalf of Expert Village. The method that you provide customer service to your customer with just depends on how that customer approaches you. The three different types we're going to discuss are by the phone many phone oriented service industries. Maybe you work in the call center and that is your only contact with the customer. Very specific methods by which you deal with telephone customer is exclusively and we'll discuss all of those. The most common is in person. Now this is when a customer just like it says appears physically in your place of business and you're face to face with that person different considerations. A third method that people don't take a lot of time to discuss or think about is by a written communication. In this day in age when we are emailing back and forth more and more this is becoming a much more important method. They're consideration that a lot of people don't stop and think about when you are writing off a letter to your customer, we'll discuss each of those at later as well.
