Removing Carpet Stains

DAVID GREEN: Hi. My name is David Green with ExpertVillage.com. Prior, we had pre-treated the carpet. Ideally, you want to give your pre-treatment some time to dwell as well as they agitate in there. That's what where--we're talking right now is the agitation. With--the agitation is crucial to help work the cleaning agent in between those fibers and to help break that bond that your soils and stains have with the fiber. Normally, we're just going to agitate the high traffic areas and your bad spots. So obviously, this carpet is not very dirty so we'll just move our--I'm showing you for demonstration purposes, but, like I said, we would focus on the worst areas as we agitate. And this is what we would do as part of our normal cleaning service.
