How to Utilize a Foil Technique to Create a Stained-Glass Sun Catcher

On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Allison from Western Art Glass. I'm going to show you how to do a foil technique so check it out. The reason that it is called copper foils because you have to wrap each piece of stain glass with a copper foil tape and that is what makes this solder to the glass. Solder does not stick to glass by itself so you need some kind of metal to it so you can solder and create a nice eye catcher. So this is copper foiled tape, it is copper on one side, it is a sticky tape on the bag this is actually called copper foil black back cause it has black on the back. It is sticky and try not to touch it if can cause then it would not be so sticky and hard to stick close to the glass. It comes in packages as such as this Master Foil Plus and this would silver copper foil. Either which way it is always just called copper fall.
