Buying a Tuxedo

Hi on behalf of Expert Village I'm Garen Palmer and this is Ritz Tuxedos. Now a lot of people think that maybe for their wedding it would be fun to buy a tuxedo, instead of just renting one. You might want that feel that you're the only one that's ever worn that tuxedo and you're not wearing one that's been used maybe last week for another wedding. And that's great, but you probably don't want to do that if you'll never need to wear a tuxedo again. Out here in the west, we're a little more casual, there's not lot places and times you can wear a tuxedo, so it probably makes sense just to rent. But if your a businessman, or whatever, that has several occasions to wear a tuxedo, the rule is usually if you wear a tuxedo three times a year, you ought to own your own. Buying is not as expensive as you might think. Most suits that you go buy are probably in the three hundred to five hundred dollar range, for just a very nice suit, that's about the same price for a tuxedo. And you can buy a tuxedo. But another option would be sometimes people buy a used tuxedo, one that has been worn, still has a lot of life in it, but can buy at significantly less money to buy it used. But, probably three or four times if you're wearing a tuxedo, buy that tuxedo. Then you'll always know it's going to fit and it's always in your closet ready to go.
