Guide to Fitting Your Rental Tuxedo

Hi, on behalf of Expert Village I'm Garen Palmer and this is the Ritz Tuxedo Rental. Right now we're going to talk about as you come in to get fitted for your tuxedo they're going to have to have you try a few things on. So what's the best thing to be wearing when you come in? And obviously, since you have to try on a coat, you don't want to be wearing heavy apparel like sweaters, sweatshirts. If you're wearing those types of items, they'll probably ask you to take them off so you need to be prepared to be willing to take off anything that's heavy so that they can try a coat on you and make sure that it feels ok because obviously when you're wearing the tuxedo you're only going to have a light shirt on and a very thin vest. So, heavy clothing is not good and be prepared to take that off. Summertime you can come in shorts where it doesn't really matter because those aren't bulky items. Most places will have a dressing room where you can go in and try pants on, make sure the lengths, waist is ok and we'll try a coat on you to make sure that the right feel in the coat and the shoulder and the sleeve length. It is important that you come though not to be overly nicely dressed but clean and be willing to take off anything's that heavy.
