JOEL SIEGEL: All right. So we're finishing out our beat. So far, just as far as what we've played, it sound likes this. Okay? All you're going to add to that is just an upbeat of four on the kick, okay? And that gives it like, you know, I don't know how to describe that sound, it just kind of gives it a nice kind of continual kind of drive from the snare you got -and, four. So, -and, four-and, one. Okay? So that's what's going on between the two. So when you put it all together, I'll play it slow for you. All right, that's what's going on and once you kinda get that worked out with the--like with beat two. Make sure you can play that and then you just got those eighth notes together and the two hands and with the kick and the hi-hat and you got yourself a sweet party beat.
