One is like on the bone, three in the middle and then on the bone again, okay? So focus on the ulna, right on top. Just kinda press and press and press, okay? Don't move the hand. Don't try to do any circles, none of that, okay? Press, like so. That's number three, right in the middle. How does that feel? WOMAN: Pretty good. ALEXSON ROY: Okay, second to the last. Right before you get to the bone, just press, okay? Now, we're on the radial. Right on top of the bone, just press. There you go. So that's another way of warming. Not warming, but actually working the forearm.
