ALEXSON ROY: Before, we wrung the arm, okay? And we did light pressure to warm the arm up. So now, this is something I kinda stole from shiatsu. Don't tell them. So you have meridians, okay, which are lines that go all throughout the arm, lines all through the body. So what we're going to kinda do is we're going to focus on the kind of--it's four or five sections, okay? It's like outer, inner, inner-inner, close to outer, out part, okay? So you have three in the middle and two on the outside. So just kinda go along the arm and you'll feel the bone here. So this is the outer part, the bone. You're going to feel the bone, okay? And that's kinda where you're going to press against, okay? You're going to press against the bone. And this is a little tighter, okay? You want to put a lot of pressure, okay? I'm just pressing. Press, relax. Press, relax. Press, relax, okay? You never want to push on a particular muscle and kinda do one of these things. We'll just kinda--like you fall off of it. You want to kinda like feel the muscle. You're going to feel it and you're going to feel it, okay? And let it go. Feel it, let it go. Feel it, let it go. Okay, that's three. This is three right here, right in the very middle of the arm. So press, let it go. Press, press, okay? Now second to the last, another big muscle, try not to press too hard and move your hand--move your thumb. Just press, press, okay? Outer, press, okay? And that's going to be the inner part. Next, we're going to work on the top part of the forearm, okay? Right in here.
