How to Customize the Edges of Ribbon

Now depending on the theme of your party and the style of it, you might want to just leave the ribbon the way it is. It's kind of cute, kind of sporty, but for this party, for Stacy's party, it's fancy and girly like. So, what we're going to do is make the little edges of the ribbon angled. What I'm going to do is fold the ribbon in half and then I'm going to cut it from the side that's joined. That's where you have the end of the angle to and actually it works better if you use two fingers and hold it out. That's why it's nice to have that extra ribbon in there when you're cutting it. And you're going to be cutting at an angle so you end up with a little v like that. Kind of cute. And we're going to do the same thing on the other side. You can do this with holiday packages and also when you're wrapping your gifts for your friends and also maybe for your bride, you know, guest favors and there we go. We've got a little uneven one there, we can just trim it up. Sometimes the ribbon gets a little slippery and there you go. Isn't that cute? And there we have our guest favor tag and here we have one over here too. Here's one that I did that is coordinating with purple. So we have pink and purple, which both go with all of our party colors and all of our other party elements. That was a lot of fun. Isn't that cute?
