Putting Name Tag in Luggage Sleeve

As you can see I'm just following around on the inside of the border and making long cuts. That looks like it getting pretty straight there. That border really helped me out. I'm going to trim it there. Sometimes you can not see if you still have a border on the guest name tag so I put it on a white piece of paper to see if I see any black. I don't see any black border around there so maybe over here on this end. A little bit. So we just take a little bit off. Now I'm ready to position the name tag into the luggage sleeve. Now there is different types of luggage sleeves; some are connected by the top and some that are connected by the side. Which should have one side that is connected. What I'm going to do is place it very gently on the inside of this and sometimes it is easier if you have a background that you can see it. Let's move this so we have this table cause I can see it better that way. So we have a even border all the way around. That looks just about even. You also want to be careful not to have any lint in there so you can put your little finger nail on it and blow it. Cause I see a piece of lint there then we close it up. Whatever is in there is also going to be laminated so be careful about your finger prints. Now we are ready to run it through a laminated machine.
