Understanding Sauce Options for Making Pasta

Now that you made your own pasta next comes the decision how to put sauce on it or what type. So I'm going to discuss two different options both which are very popular. You can either of course have a marinara sauce the pasta taste really good on it's own and you don't need a whole lot. But I know some people don't think it's pasta without some tomatoes so you can pour just a little of marinara in there. Or you can go also a simpler route with your pasta and that would be just putting a little bit melted butter on it or a little bit of butter which it will melt into it. Because the pasta is rich with eggs, it has a lot of taste and flavor on it's own and it doesn't need a lot of adornment. So you can just let that butter melt into the pasta while it's still nice and hot from the pot and then top it with a little bit of Parmesan cheese. Of course if you're making different types of pasta, you can use them in a variety of different ways. You can make baked pasta or any different variation or types of sauce but for me sometimes the simplest is the best shall I enjoy a homemade pasta taste.
