How to Play a Fully Diminished D Chord on the Saxophone

MIYANNA NIELSEN: All right, here we have D. Now, remember the minor 7th is C. Here's another way to look at it really quick. When you have a D and your major--your 7th is going to be C, open C sharp. Now, your minor 7th is going to C because it's half step down from that. Your diminished 7th is going to be B. Now, not to get too, too, too confusing but always remember that the fully diminished 7th is the same as the major 6th, we'll leave it at that. So, you have D, F natural, A flat or G sharp and B.
