MARIANE NIELSEN: B flat major 7th is B flat, D, F, A. A flat makes it dominant 7th. D flat makes it minor 7th. And then, keep everything the same but lower the 5th. You have that very exotic impressionistic sound which, you can see, is very fun to play with.
