Hi! Thank you for visiting expertvillage.com, my name is Yvette Parrish. And try to keep your movements not real wide, you don’t want to do a flat and then do a really wide. You kind of want to stay about your shoulder a little bit not too far, we’re not lounging you know lounging and you don’t have to do that wide just kind of keep within like a little box around you. So you’re going side to side, go in front of you, okay and then of course the toe, heel. You want to get a little fancy, bring it around, flat behind you, left foot I’m pointing towards you the audience, bring it back, flat, right foot point, bring it around, flat, point, flat. Start all these steps slowly, start them slowly and you’ll be you know get more and more faster and more and more faster. But don’t try immediately go really fast just start slow and just work on your flats, make sure you have a definite arch in your foot when you’re doing your heel. Practice the heel, that’s the hardest one and then start moving around in a circle…and I’m not doing any upper body we’re just focusing on the feet right now and once you get that basic then we can put it in into some cerography.
